If you are unable to visit the workshop, you may wish to use a courier service. We can return items with Parcel Force, or you can arrange your own courier.
Please note that courier transport is at your own risk, although we pack items carefully for secure transit.
We charge an inspection fee to cover diagnosis and straightforward repairs. If the fault is more complicated or parts are required, we will quote you first.
Payment is by cash or bank transfer. We do not use a card machine.
